Learn to lead climb
A course that teaches you to become an independent climber while using trad gear to protect yourselves. We will teach you all the skills you need! We cover topics ranging from preparation drills, placing and selecting the right gear, mental tactics, abseiling and most importantly building good judgement. We work on a 1:2 client ratio for maximum learning.
Performance coaching
Want to take your skills to a new level? We will show you the skills, techniques and training tools required to reach your goals. Our coaches will provide a tailored course to your exact needs and requirements. By the end of the course you will have an action plan to get you where you want to be.
Self rescue for climbers
Be honest with yourself, what would you do if things went wrong? This course gives you the opportunity to learn how to deal with common and worst case scenarios that could happen on a day out climbing. Learn from instructors that are members of rescue teams, that have first hand experience dealing with all levels of climbing emergencies in the mountains.
White Water

This course is for the paddler looking to advance their skills in the grade 2 – 4 environment. This course will have you making better lines, river reading with confidence and paddling with more style than ever before. We work hard to help you reach your aims and provide you with action plans for the future.
Advanced White Water
Running steep rivers requires specialist techniques for safety and precision. The expert staff at Fluid Combinations know exactly what to offer in this extreme environment. Our course is designed to give you the best possible foundation in advanced river running.
